How do I join?
 
To join, you will need to open a trading account with a security code. You can purchase security codes from Authorized Agents. Security Code is a specific identification assigned by UniPay2U to each new purchaser when they register with www.unipay2u.com. This ID will be used for you online. Your ID appears on all UniPay2U confirmations and transactions that you request. You are to quote your ID at all times whenever you communicate with UniPay2U. Your ID will be used as a reference when you recommend/invite a friend to the UniPay2U Platform.

What is the minimum and maximum purchase?
 
The minimum purchase is only 10 gms of Gold at that day's rate. The maximum limit is 150 gms, for a trading account.

Can I make additional purchases to www.unipay2u.com?
 
Yes, additional purchases can be made. All transactions are handled separately.

How long does it take for my purchase to be accepted?
 
Your purchases will be updated as fast as your unit amount can be processed.

How do you calculate the rebates on my purchases?

Are rebates remitted directly to my bank account?
 
Upon your Maturity Date each month your rebate will be remitted to your wallet. From your account balance you have to request withdrawal. The withdrawal amount will be credited to Member's debit card or His Bank Account on every Wednesday (if Wednesday is a holiday, then the next working day)

How can I check my balance?
 
Login to your account and you will find your account balance on top left corner in the Member Area.

How can I withdraw rebates?
 
Withdraw the rebate directly from your wallet. you then transfer to your account to withdraw at your cost

How can I change my password?
 
You can change your password directly by clicking "Change Password" in the Member Area.

What if I can't log in because I forgot my password?
 
Access to our Login page, Click the forgot password link, type your e-mail address and you will receive the information.
